Thoughts on runt of the litter's symptoms? (outdoorschik)

Ok this is a crazy idea, but what about using a baby sling/wrap to keep them upright yet let you do things at the same time?

That is the BEST idea I've read all day! You are my hero lol. I've used bath towels but they get bulky and unwieldy for two pups. Not being the maternal sort I never thought of baby slings :)

PS - Swing on over to the photo section, I'm posting pics for the little pups.

I've gotta ask cause I just don't know.  What is Meso-E?  Is it megaesophagus?

Yup, it's megaesophagus that's a long word to type :)

That's what I figured.  Just had to make sure cause I googled meso-e and didn't get anything!  LOL

How's the pups doing?  I'll keep the healing vibes coming for them.

    Oh no! Poor pups!

I didn't even know you had a litter!

Lots of healing vibes for the little ones!

Well, they are doing really well. Lots and lots of poop... which means lots of food is getting through :) We've got feeding them down to a science for now and they are both active and bright eyed, fighting me on sitting still after meals so I can tell they're feeling better. Before Runty would just drape over my shoulder, now she is fesity and beats me up until I let her go :) Anyway, just wanted to update. The round the clock battle with megaesophagus is going as well as can be expected. I've got my fingers crossed that they can outgrow this and live normally...

Yeah for the positive news! Keep fighting, little ones, but don't beat your mamma up too badly :-)  I'm glad they're doing so well.
