Help Please Help I'm worried sick about my baby XC

My dog has a stomach that is hard as a rock, i'm so scared he could die from it. He vomited twice yesterday adn ever since then he's not been himself, he won't walk around at all and has just been lying in bed. I know he needs his anal glands squeezed more often than others and I know he needed that done a couple of weeks ago should I do this now? I can't take him to the vet at night I'm so worried something is going to happen to my baby. Maybe I'm worrying to much. I take these vitamins called Morinda and I noticed that one was missing and I never found it. What if he got ahold of it. He's been eating a lot of grass lately I hope he's alright

He is a teacup poodle age 7

he is not nuetered and has issues there I'm pretty sure he was from a puppymill

I can't think of anything that you could do tonight except to keep him warm. I wouldn't do anything with the anal glands right now.

I would get him into the vet ASAP tomorrow. Don't even wait to make an appointment. Just be at the door when they open.

Tell them that you suspect an intestinal obstruction due to swallowing a vitamin (bring one with you). They should consider that an emergency - especially for a dog so tiny.

Are you sure that there is no nightime emergency vet in your area?

He is doing much better this morning, he is still eating but we are taking him to the vet

Glad to hear that he is feeling better. The vitamin could have caused an obstruction, but finally be dissolving.

Let us know what the vet says!
