• UPDATE! Brought to vet this morning. Very wJackson's appetite basically gone on 3rd day after neuter Jamie Van Dusen Posted : 4/17/2006 5:24:58 PM We had our little pup (Jackson) neutered this past Thursday. We picked him up Friday morning and he was fine, gorged his food down, where before he wasn't a huge eater. Yesterday, Sunday, the third day he didn' eat a thing all day. His energy seemed still there. Today he ate a little more. Should I be as concerned as I am? The vet said not too worry that much unless he becomes lethargic and weak. • Stephanie Posted : 4/17/2006 11:48:01 PM My opinion..... If hes not eating, and espcially if hes nt drinking by tommorrow DO NOT sit around and wait for him to become lethargic. When this happens something is already wrong. Be an advocate for your doggy. • Jamie Van Dusen Posted : 4/18/2006 6:13:16 AM We took him in this morning, as he threw up 3 times. He's still alert which is a good thing, but I am so worried about him I hope he bounces back quickly. He is being put on fluids this morning and getting blood tests done.
