It shouldn't hurt anything... just let your vet know she's just coming out of heat when you take her in so they know to plan extra time for her. She'll have a swollen uterus and larger blood vessels, so it will take more time and care to do her surgery properly. As long as the vets know ahead of time, its not a big deal at all.
