    Somethings CRACKING???

I don't understand, when Keva stands in one position or lays n one position for a while she cracks when she moves?  I don't know exactly what's cracking I think it might be toes or knees on her back legs.  I try not to be too paranoid but I am kinda worried.  She really shouldn't be cracking at 14 months old should she?  Should I take it easy on playing ball with her for a while?  She recently started running faster...it was very dramatic one day she just got this new boost like a little rocket in her back feet...

    thoughts appreciated!!

I am guessing she's an Aussie - is that right? 14 months does seem young for this, and there are many things that could be considered.

I will never forget the time I noticed my 14 year old American Eskimo "squeaking"!

He was recently adopted from the pound (yes, at 14! years old) and every time he stood up, Cody would squeak in his hindquarters.

Suppliments in his diet and a weight loss regiment did help with these problems.

Before suggesting them to you, though, I'd like to hear what your vet thinks it may be. At this young age you need to catch the source early so there are no long lasting effects in the future!
