• sue fryman Posted : 6/27/2006 1:07:30 PM My vet said my dog had seborrhea and it turned out to be caused by a low thyroid. Since she's been on thyroid pills she is in good shape. I also soak her at least twice a month in Selsun Blue. It takes away the itching.
