Shih Tzu Still sick, need advice

I'm thinking about him.   It is prescription Purina EN Gastroenteric. First four ingredients, beef, brewers, rice, egg product.... I gave in and fed him a tiny bit, then I had a revelation. I put water in his dry food and lo and behold, the stinker ate it! • thedoc617 Posted : 5/18/2006 6:02:39 PM That's odd- ususally EN is supposed to help diarrhea/tummy problems, not cause it. That was the food of choice at the vet's office where I worked for the boarding dogs. He seems better now, no diarrhea today, thank goodness, but his stool was softer than usual this morning. He hasnt gone so far tonight.
