>http://forum.dog.com/asp/showProfile.asp?memid=7442]janet_rose[/link]" for showing my a link to the AAHA pets fund website where I found that I could get a grant to help pay for Lucy's medical expenses. Through there and asking around I found a vet optomatrist who was willing to help me get the grant and donate the remainder of the costs needed for her procedures. She goes in on next Wednesday for the procedures one of which will be not remove the bad eye but more or less kill it....stop it from producing fluids (less invasive and more affordable then removing the eye). Also there will be some tests and preventitive procedures done on her good eye to keep it that way. Things are looking up for Lucy and by the end of next week this will all be a lot better.
