I haven't been to idog in a really long time, but I thought I'd ask for some advice...We took topa on a mountain bike ride on saturday...probably not the best idea for a 6 year old dog, but he looked really sad as we were leaving in the truck...
anyway, after about 8 miles, his front pad split down the middle. He is limping and it obviously hurts, but is not bleeding and looks clean. Should I do anything about it, or just leave alone and see if it heals on its own? I don't think it is the type of cut that could use stitches or staples.
