Heartworm prevention

• sandra_slayton Posted : 4/19/2006 2:04:12 AM I have my dogs on Interceptor.  I have never heard of the things you mention.  Is it prescription from the vet, over the counter, or what.  I don't know where you live, but here on the Texas coast i would not dream of using anything that was not  proven to work.. It is known that any heartworm preventative can fail, tho rarely.  I would always take one with a 1% failure rate than one with a 20% failure rate, or worse.  But as I said, I know nothing about the things you named.  There may be somewhere here who has heard of them and can answer better than i can. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
