    Lump Near Pugs Vagina?

    There is a medium size lump/mass a little smaller than a golf ball between her teets and vagina. We have no clue what it is and are concerned. She has been acting mopy and not wanting to do anything really. Any Input or questions are appreciated

    It could be soooo many things. Your pup will need to see a vet for a fine needle aspirate to try to determine what it is, and if it needs to be removed.

    you really need to see a vet. I agree with MissKiwi... needle biospy is the place to start.
    It could be simply a cyst, but its best to be sure.

    My first thought was hernia...inguinal (sp?)...definitely have  a vet have a peek.

    I thought inguinal hernia as well.  My chihuahua has one on each side right now.  She is going back to the vet today and will probably have them repaired this week.  Make sure to take her to the vet, if it is a hernia it could become strangulated which is an emergency.
