All owners look to see the colour of by pass to check the heath of the dog. I first ask did it come from the dog to the floor, or did you notice this after by pass had been on grass for a number of hours. I must say firstly if your dog had items that you are saying you would notice the dog all the time licking the rear or becoming ill. In all area's of dout call your VET. I must say I have never seen this bug in any of my dog,s not even worms, becauce we keep on top of tretments program worming tablets and in the UK we get them from the Vet not pet shop's becauce pet shops dont sell the right strenth for the size of dog. If the by pass was sitting on the grass for sometime the bugc came from that area. Check next time your dog by pass is new, and be with the dog, look check with your eye's and just keep a eye on it. You can tell so much from the colour, how soft it is, how well your dog is. The vet will alway ask about by pass, is it normal or not. Away have a chat with your vet.
