• Dog cannot stay still SillyBilly645 Posted : 10/8/2014 4:05:53 PM Since yesterday, if my dog sits still he whines and licks his penis and she has been trying to get to sleep but he can't. We took him to the vet but thy couldn't find anything wrong with him. I think it's a problem with his penis. I wouldn't wait I'd find another vet right away.
