Coat conditioners?

The one I use the most (it was recommended to me by someone here) is Nova Pearls by Tomlyn.  It's a spray on that you can use on a damp or dry coat and then brush thru. 

I've used a lot of different kinds and I especially like it because it doesn't build up on the coat, the scent is long lasting, and it's made with encapsulated moisturizers that really help with flaking and dryness.  And, it is available at Petco, most of the other good ones I have to order. 

I use a conditioner after shampooing.....but I also use a spray on detangler as I am blowdryingn Toby off.

What breed of dog do you need conditioner for?
I like the conditioner from Coat Handler.
I put it in a spray bottle, about 15-1, and spray it on while the dog is wet. You won't know it's there. I have used it on double coated dogs, but I didn't like it.
It's best on single coats.

This thread is kind of old, but I just wanted to mention the products that I use for my Shih Tzu. I've tried a lot of different shampoos/conditioners ranging from Kelco, 8in1, Pantene and Tresemme for humans, etc.

Best Shot has a 3 step system that is AMAZING. My Shih Tzu, Gingerbread has a soft cottony coat and they have a shampoo called Lemon-Aid for that coat type. Then I also use their Ultra Plenish conditioner and the leave in detangler Ultra Vitalizer. Before this, Gingerbread's hair was matting really easily and it had crazy static electricity. I was using a mixture of water and conditioner when I combed him, but within a minute or two the static electricity was back. When I used the stuff above, his coat has been static free for TWO WEEKS after bathing him. I was not expecting that!

Also, the products are supposed to be fast rinsing- they were not kidding! I'd say rinsing Gingerbread was about 10 times faster with this shampoo/conditioner. And then after I bathe him I comb him as I blowdry. Normally I have to tug the comb through his hair, with this stuff the comb glides right through his hair.

Anyway, I hate to sound like a commercial, but honestly these are the best products I've ever used and everything on their website is absolutely true!!
