I just finished grooming (or mostly grooming) my three pound poodle. How do you guys handle a dog that small?! There's no place to hold on to and this one is an acrobat. Forget the noose. She jumped onto my shoulder and I had to drop the clippers (or her so I opted for the clippers).
Most of her grooming gets done on my lap but I needed to do her face. There is no jaw to hold onto. Her muzzle is miniscule. It's possible to hold her head (you can hold her whole head in your palm) - if she'll stop playing bucking bronco because she doesn't like her head gripped.
I have to wonder about the people who want teacup dogs (she was "supposed" to be about 6 pounds). Boy are they hard to manage!
