    table clamps

Does anyone know of the best table clamp to buy for the grooming arms. At our shop this past year we seem to be having a streek of bad luck with the clamps. Unruley hyper big dogs jump off the table and the clamp just snaps. We've had three - four of them this year so far. We went years and years without this happening.
I am in search of a heavy duty clamp or a solution to this problem.
Of course we stay with our dogs while their on our tables but sometimes they just jump.
    Thanks to all who reply.

I use the Lips system made by Curtis Hanvey.  Once you try it you'll never go back to a single arm.

Dlily, that or the Groomers Helper! Geeze, I wish I had either one of these, but the Lips is a great looking thing!
We will use two grooming arms for some dogs, but the advantage of having one piece of equipment that goes all the way across the table would make a significant difference in productivity and their loops look to be very effective.

I COMPLETELY second this reccomendation! My boss REFUSES to use a noose and I'm sorry but she scares me to death. My own Lucas Terrier who is completely table reliable is noosed always.

I looked at the lipsystem on their web site. I was wondering, do you have to buy the table to go along with it? Or, would it work with an existing table, do you have to drill holes in the table? The owner of the shop just bought a new table this year. I cannot drill holes in her table.
