I had it unwrapped for a while cause I was right there watching him, and he started stratching his neck with his foot. Before I could stop him he whined and it started dripping blood. It wasnt too bad, I packed it with gauze really tight and held it for a couple minutes and it stopped. It doesnt look torn or any bigger at all, but deffinitely a little irritated.
I guess I cant leave it unwrapped anymore. I thought it was looking a lot better, but aparently any big strain on his foot is going to open the wound back up again. I dont know how much longer he can live having to stay on the leash, he wants to run soooooo bad.

The foot is a tough place to heal. 

It really does NOT hurt to use Calms Forte every day (even twice a day) for a few weeks while he's healing.

I took some pictures of it today, its getting much better!

 I cant wait until I can let him run again.... he has been on leash only for over 4 WEEKS now. I think maybe a few more days to a week and he will be ready to run again. I just dont want to let him run when its still open, cause he runs HARD and Im afraid he will rip it open.

I don't blame you.  If he re-injures it then you'll be back to square one with the healing.
