I will agree with the others -- but usually a lipoma does not have blood in it so to be honest, I would likely tell you to just try a new vet. Anything that grows rapidly is just plain dangerous.
Can I ask where you may be located? I don't want to know your street address -- but if it's worrisome and you are anywhere near your state's vet school that can often be the best road of all -- particularly if you are unhappy with how the first vet handled it. A vet school can be WAY cheaper than you'd think if you aren't super far away.
