• Elizabeth Posted : 5/23/2006 3:35:34 AM We just have the one. She is only 10 weeks old and I am so looking forward to being able to take her out. She has so much energy LOL. This sleeping picture is very sweet but not totally true to form because she is usually on the go. I own 1 Rottweiler, Co own 1 Rottweiler, and am caring for my daughter's Golden, and also her Cocker Spaniel. Her Golden is 10 and her Cocker is 9. My Rottie is almost 2, and the pup I Co-own is almost 9 months old. My niece got one for Christmas 3 years ago and her mother told me she was punishing her daughter and the way she was doing it was making her get rid of her Yorkie and Shih Tzu pups that she owned. They were 6 months old. Well a year later she ended up getting the Shih Tzu back from me, but I adopted out the Yorkie and he ended up coming back to me. Then my sister wanted him but she decided he was too much trouble. Long story short, my 80 year old Uncle lost his wife to cancer and was grieving horribly. I asked him if he wanted him for company and I believe the dog saved my Uncle's life! He,  Cody the Yorkie, gets groomed every six weeks, gets special meals (of course) and sleeps in the bed with my Uncle! My Uncle said the Yorkie ,who he named Cody has added so much to his life! He believes that his wife sent Cody his way because she knew he needed somone to help him through his grieving. He has asked that if anything happens to him he wants me to take him back. and when that happens this will be his last home till he goes to the bridge. He's a very sweet but yappy guy! but I call him an angel dog for what he has provided for my Uncle! Cory is 4 years old and I've had him since has 16 weeks old.
