You all know I'm an avid dog person and Pitties are one of my favorites. I just wanted to take a moment to say it's Pit Bull Awareness Month. There is a big event this weekend in my area called Paws for a Beat, it celebrates the bully breeds and helps bring awareness.
Here is an interesting fact: Pit Bulls always test high as one of the most stable breeds of dogs in the country. These statistics can be found with the American Temperament Test Society of the United States, where they always fall as one of the top five most stable dogs. Because of this, they are extremely patient and tolerant of children.
