What do you love most about your dog?

Lacie - I love her gentle spirit and her sweetness.  I love how she 'reads' a situation and acts appropriately.  I love her soft eyes and her unconditional love.

Keisha - I love her exhuberance for life and her huge soft brown eyes.

Rex - I love his constant 'smile' and the way he bounds through life with total abandon and joy.

Zoe - I love her playfulness and affection.

Jazzy - I love her devotion to my daughter.  She just totally loves her and it always shows.

Cheyanne - I love how she is always there for me. Has been since the day I got her and has never let me down. I love how even though she doesnt like kids she has taken to Samantha like she knows she is a part of me.

Lillie - I love her goofiness. I love how she will do anything to please me and make me laugh at her.

Kujo - I love how she makes my daughter happy. I love how she actually loves being with my daughter even though her breed isnt recommended for children.

One thing I really love is just her quiet company.

Billy (Bilbo the 'Venturin English cocker spanYELL) - I love the bond we share -- it flows over me and gives *me* strength.

Luna (Lunabella the Inta Everything Bagle) - I love the sweet "caring" way she has -- she's my 'nurse' girl (she always tells me when something's not quite right with someone)

Kee Shu -- I love her survivor spirit (Make the best of it .. as long as there's food, life is O .... K!!!)

Tinkerbell -- there's a spunky survivor spirit in her (thank heavens or she wouldn't have made it!!) but also she's not presumptuous.  She tries really really hard to do what's expected and stay within bounds -- but oh my, within those bounds is a zest for life!!! "Wherezaaaaaaaaaaa Faireeee Dust!!!"

Dakota - she's so gorgeous and very sweet in her own way. She's also pretty vocal and demanding. there's no mistaking what she wants when she wants it (which makes me laugh half the time)

Neiko - He's just a character. All wiggly and happy. He does his best to get me laughing at him.

Lily - She's just the sweetest dog around. When she gets in your lap she is sooooo content. You can't help but love her.

Abbie - She has tons of puppy excitement yet she is very sweet and caring.

Gunnar: I love his silliness, his wiggles, and most of all I love his quiet devotion, he seems to know my moods, if all is well he is happy and carefree, if my spirits are down he is quiet and always with me, resting his head in my lap. I love his willingness to be with me even when something better might be going on elsewhere. He is truly my faithful friend and always there fo rme.

Hektor: I love his brashness, his silly teenage antics and the wild and crazy look he gets in his eye just before the zoomies strike. I love his fierce protectivness of me and my family and his stupid bravado wherewith he will charge a pack of coyotes single handed with only little ole me and Gunnar to back him up.

Wow this is a tough one... keeping it short and sweet anyway  Studying

    Oldest to youngest....

Miranda 10.5  ...a wonderful soul, generous and loving forgiving of being made to stay at home when we traveled to show after show.  She accepted the designation of "Pet" with Katherine Hepburn 's graced soul.

Phelan 8.75  A Regal and gracious old man who is just begining to grey.  Asks for very littel abut adores each family mamber as if they are the reason he breathes. Still sleeps with  a teddy bear and from time to time plays with the younger ones... always looks embarassed if caught doing it.  A Handsome old man  and loving he adores his family and this is a large family. He would fight to the death No doubt about it. He is just begining to grey.

Mtzee 8.75 ... This girl was breath taking in the ring.  A beautiful balance of color and markings.  She is a bit shy about demanding her right to anything.  Being more laid back but still gracefull and elegant still ring worthy even as a vet.  She agve us 18 beautiful puppies.

Kota 8.75 ...yes the same litter for these three.!! As loving and gentle as his Mom was, brave and social  ready to take on the world.  Happy to sleep in .... ah...any dog who will sleep in beyound 8 o'clock  !!  He is my Boig City Dog, complete with Debit card and a passion for coffee shops. Kota is an unreal power shopper!!

Dreamer 2 yrs.... She has the Fire in her eye and a dance in her step. I LOVE to watch her play and weave in and out of others as they play together.  She is so open and willing to embrace life!

Caine 2 yrs the other half of the Raptors. A fiesty fun girl she comes off as more laid back, thoughtful but put her in a field and watch her run as God  meant her to !! Fast and quick she darts at play , you can see the gentic memory that guides her dainty feet.  She is a cuddler in  bed.

Zion 17months, the only dog we have ever agreed to co own on. A Huge horse of a boy,  he tries soooo hard to be gentle and careful. He loves to Sit on my Hubs, Too funny really when you see the look on their faces ! He is a take no prisoners guy, yet plays for hours and hours with the younger dogs and the kids.   He loves to show and his side gait it that of dreams ! Not a perfect dog but with so many gifts if everything works out he will add his amazing personaitly and bone to my line !

And last nut not least baby boy Nemo , 8 months and a hoot. He was unable to interact with strangers and not a all with kids when he first came to us for training.  He now is a Fabulous Love. He cuddles and plays is learning his manners and his limits. He will be Kota's wing man as a Canine cancer therapy dog for Kids,  He gets sooo excited and squeaks it is quiet funny !

I can't talk about the ones who have crossed it is just too fresh and painful.   But they are the loves of my life in more ways than one!

Buster..I love how he puts on a show of how tough he is, when everyone knows he's just a big mush. He has these expressions that just make me laugh every time I catch him doing something he knows he shouldn't be doing. He's alot of fun and though he isn't the most obedient dog,he is 100% sweet and lovable...and too smart for his own good.

Callie...I love how gentle she is. She is pure love! And she does the most adorable wiggle butt when she gets excited. Even as a tiny pup she was so sweet and mellow..and by far my easiest dog to train. This girl lives to please....she's a dream.

Willie...my sweet boy had such a hard life of neglect and pain..yet he is so happy and so wonderful. I love when he curls up in my lap. He craves love and affection and I would never deprive him of that. He's amazing...and I've only known him for 3 weeks. He's my first "lap dog". lol

Charlie - the way he will try to curl up under your chin when you are sad, upset or tired.  It's so sweet and always makes me feel better.

    • Gold Top Dog

Belle--How she will get a little toy and will prance as she brings it to me.   How she loves to put something pretty on, such as a pretty scarf or collar or occ. a little dress.  How she will go herd in Treasure and Olivia in the yard if they don't come right in.

Gracie--Her loyalty.  She would rather be with me than anywhere else.

Treasure--Her independence, but in the evening she will come and lay right next to me.  How she loves to hold onto a nylabone while I "try" to get it from her.

Olivia--How she will just sit and look at me waiting to be rubbed or played with like there is nobody else in the world.  The way she loves to cuddle with me.

For all four of them--The way they greet me when I come home from a day at work or wherever I may have been with pure delight.  There love is unconditional and open.

The whole package - I really don't think I can isolate one thing

    • Gold Top Dog

Emma is in my head. She's above and beyond, in everything she is and does.

Ena is a lap dog. She's also my dream dog. I've wanted a Chinese Crested for literally.... 15 years?  I never thought I'd get one, because they're lap dogs, they're fragile, they're sensitive. Yeah, right.....

    • Gold Top Dog

His love for me and my family, his childlike curiosity, his presence in my life, his trust in me... And I could go on and on and on...
