Farewell Zelly

• Farewell Zelly jenn52 Posted : 5/25/2009 9:40:25 PM My grandma's German Shepherd died this morning at age 12. She had arthritis to the point that she couldnt get up and a sore on her back that hadnt healed in two years that my grandmas husband cleaned and bandaged everyday, she had lumps on her body that the vet felt she wouldnt make it though the treatment for. They almost put her down two weeks ago but the vet looked into her eyes and said she wasnt ready. They went out for like 45 mins this morning and came home and she had passed. I will miss her a lot even if we never really saw eye to eye. My grandma loved her dearly. Run free sweet Zelly!
