Rainbow Bridge

The Rainbow Bridge is the theme of a work of poetic prose written some time between 1980 and 1992, whose original creator is unknown. The theme is of an other-worldly place to which a pet goes upon its death, eventually to be reunited with its owner.

    Everyone, I thank you all for your nice words and thoughts. This whole decision and outcome has been extremely difficult. But as I said...I have accepted the blame and am going to always remember the lessons taught by the whole thing. There's not much more I can do. I won't forget.

    I'm very late seeing this, Gina.  My belated condolences to you on your loss of Buckwheat.  I must've missed earlier posts about her; I'm sure the goodbye was very sad, no matter what the circumstances.  I know if she was a dog in your household, she was very loved!
