My Chelsea girl has gone to Rainbow Bridge

Rainbow Bridge

The Rainbow Bridge is the theme of a work of poetic prose written some time between 1980 and 1992, whose original creator is unknown. The theme is of an other-worldly place to which a pet goes upon its death, eventually to be reunited with its owner.

My Chelsea girl has gone to Rainbow Bridge

Yesterday, Chelsea, my faithful friend for 14 years left for the Rainbow Bridge.  It was the hardest thing I have ever done.. letting her go.  I know it was for the best, she was very weak and could not walk or run anymore.  I miss her so much.
I know where she is now, she is happy and is running again and playing .. and there is no pain.

Frasier, my other faithful friend of 12 years also misses her.. He runs from room to room looking for her.  It is very sad and it pains me [X(]   I am hoping he will be ok.

We were given a memorial candle to burn on Monday evening in Chelsea's memory.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  The pain is not something that will go away quickly and nothing I can say will help you.  But, know that we are HERE for you, and that we understand.

Chelsea is happy and healthy and running and tearing at the Bridge.  You'll met again.  She'll be there to greet you when it's YOUR turn.

    Run free sweet girl.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  Although you are right, it was for the best and she's now in a healthy body, it doesn't take away the heartache.  A lot of us have unfortunately been dealing with this pain so just know, we are all here for you.  Gracie also grieved with us after FeFe's passing.   We adopted another little one in hopes that it would not just lift her spirits but ours as well.  I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

    Run free Chelsea [sm=angel.gif]

Oh the pain you must be feeling right now [:(].  Our hearts and prayers go to you right now to help your pain pass as quickly as you can.

Be free Chelsea and see you on the other side. [sm=angel.gif]

    Take very special care.

My dog just passed last month and my other dog just laid down and wouldn't move  or eat.  I would put my head on his chest to make sure he was breathing.  The only thing that pulled him out was getting another dog for him 2 weeks later.

I am so sorry for your loss.
When you find that the pain is to much, grab Frasier and give him a big hug, take comfort in eachother.

I'm so sorry! What an empty hole after all those years!  Take peace in knowing how happy she is now running happily at the bridge!  Hang in there for Frasier...

Oh, I'm so sorry.  I know I can't say anything to ease your pain.  Just know that you are in good company here.  Chelsea is in good company @ the Bridge.  Lucy is showing her the ropes; where all the good tennis balls are stashed & the best sunning spots.
