Rainbow Bridge

The Rainbow Bridge is the theme of a work of poetic prose written some time between 1980 and 1992, whose original creator is unknown. The theme is of an other-worldly place to which a pet goes upon its death, eventually to be reunited with its owner.

    My friend just called and told me that he went into a cluster of seizures and they couldn't stop them. His temp was 104* and they couldn't cool him. So they had the vet come out and help him cross the bridge. He was not even 3. Run free goofy Campbell you will be missed by me and the beast. We loved you!

    Aww, Campbell, I'm so sorry.... you certainly brought a lot of joy and happiness to this world, so I hope you enjoy your time over the Rainbow Bridge.  You will be missed.  Comforting wishes to Campbell's famil & friends.

    I'm so sorry.  He was such a funny, sweet looking dog and I know his family must be so very sad.  ((((hugs for all who loved him)))

    Awww. . .I'm so sorry, Karen and Bugsy.  I felt like Campbell was a member here.  I'm sorry they had to watch him go thru those seizures. 

    Rest in peace, Campbell.

    Oh gosh, Karen -- I'm sorry.  Sorry for you and Bugsy ... SO very very sorry for Campbell's people.  I think so many of us here "adopted" Campbell as if he were one of ours.  Please let them know we all care and our thoughts and loving sympathies are with them.

    Experiencing that must have been awful for Campbell's family.  I am so sorry to hear this.  Run free Campbell.

    I too felt like Campbell was part of our forum family and feel very sad for his family in their loss. Run free Campbell.

     Aww those pictures really show his goofy personality. I am so sorry to hear about your buddy playmate Bugs. Rest peacefully Campbell.
