We got word today that Patches was put to sleep yesterday. She claims the vet suggested it. We all thought she was getting a second opinion, instead she was putting him down. I am so angry and sad by all of this. I wish there was something more I could have done to save him. He wasn't even four years old yet. To make matters worse she brought in her new puppy to tell us the news today. That poor puppy will probably suffer the same fate as Patches and Scooter. It is so sad.
Anyway, rest Peacefully sweet, sweet boy. You will be missed by many. You were a sweet boy and I am so sad that you are gone. Many tears were shed for you today. I hope you are frolicking through fields and cuddling in comfy beds with Scooter.
