My old girl is with Akyra now :(
They said she was in pain & def bleeding internally due to how distended her tummy was & that she was in pain. We decided that we didn't want her to endure anymore pain. Her previous owner was there with me & so was my BF. I really feel at peace about this ( unlike Akyra), Sheba had such an amazing life & was an ambassador for her 'breeds' , she didn't have any titles or anything like that, but she had a huge heart and everyone that met her LOVED her.
My sister loved her so much, I know she will be very upset. I can't really explain it, but I just feel better knowing she's in a better place. She left very peacefully and with her loved ones there. I know she's with Akyra now, and her old owner who passed before she was mine. I'll miss her, I have so many memories with her. Akyra & her changed my life, they showed me how much dogs can love and made me want to be the best owner I could be. It really makes me feel better knowing Akyra was there to greet her.
