Diesel...

A friend of mine got Diesel from a BYB. He felt sorry for the pups that were left. Yep, he and his family took all 3 pups. They weren't well bred. They were filled with worms, and from what I was told they had fleas as well.

They took all three pups home, found homes for two of them and kept Diesel.

About a week ago, 5-6 month old Diesel decided that the electrical cord would be a great chew toy. He passed away shortly after. Run free Diesel.

Sorry for your friends loss.I had a doxie pup long time ago
that bit into an electral cord during the night we though we had them all
out of reach .I heard her scream and jumped out of bed she was laying
in the floor with her eyes rolled back I pulled the cord out of the socket
and we did cpr on her and she did come around we rushed her to the vet
her poor little mouth was like cooked hambuger it took lots of treatment
toget her mouth well .

So sorry for your friend and for Diesel who didn't have nine lives like my cord chewing cat, Benito. Benito severed the live electrical cord for a pet water fountain and definitely got shocked, but showed no ill effect.

Diesel, you were a good boy and loved - sorry your time with your humans was so short...

Sometimes life just sucks! I only hope you can get some

eace just knowing that all our little animal friends are waiting for us at the Rainbow Bridge. It really helped me to know that.

How sad! I'm so sorry your friends had to experience that when they had nothing but good intentions when they rescued all the pups. But as was already said, Diesel knew a loving home for a few months, which is more than he likely would've had they not taken him home. Run free little Diesel.

At least he was loved in his short life. And that made all the difference.
