Rainbow Bridge

The Rainbow Bridge is the theme of a work of poetic prose written some time between 1980 and 1992, whose original creator is unknown. The theme is of an other-worldly place to which a pet goes upon its death, eventually to be reunited with its owner.

    Princess belonged to my training partner and friend. She helped Maze get over some issues, even became a friend to Maze. She died yesterday at the age of 13. She was a Bouvie/pointer mix. She meets Ponto, her buddy, at the rainbow bridge.

    Aww ... sad that Maze loses a friend, but bittersweet that  Princess & Ponto get to be reunited.

    Run free & happy, Princess.  So sorry for her passing but joyful at her being reunited with her friend.
