Teenie is leaving

Rainbow Bridge

The Rainbow Bridge is the theme of a work of poetic prose written some time between 1980 and 1992, whose original creator is unknown. The theme is of an other-worldly place to which a pet goes upon its death, eventually to be reunited with its owner.

I'm so sorry to hear about Teenie.  It's hard to loose them even when it is the right time.

I am so sorry to hear Teenie was ready to go.  Run free little girl!  She is in a happy comfortable place and will never forget the wonderful home you gave her...

I'm very sorry to hear about Teenie, but I am glad to know she had a really good family and she was so very well taken care of.  It takes a lot of courage to know when the time comes and be able to let go.

     Run free Teenie!

God bless you and help you through this, I know what you are going through. Hugs

Can you just picture Teenie and Blizzard meeting and crossing together.  Brave new world but all is good there.  Blizzard is brave and *takes care* of all dogs she meets, a displaced mothering urge.   Teenie will be quite comfortable between Blizzard's front legs.  For some reason, all dogs find security there.

Take care and know Teenie is and is in good company.

I just saw this and I am so very sorry for your loss Jen.

I always giggled at her name - Teenie Weenie - because that was a nickname I was given a long time ago by my h.s. chemistry teacher and I still have one friend who calls me that.

    Run free, Teenie...

So sorry for your loss.  Some of my friends have nicknamed my dachsie "Teenie Weenie" for fun.  I didn't know there were any others out there!  Such a cute name.  Kisses from my Teenie to you.

Teenie liked pretty things. That was a BRAND NEW kitty bedSmile

That was her favorite outfit, and her favorite blankie.  She didn't have much concept of matching, LOL. Mostly just what feels goodWink

The *Best* nosey, around, for kissing. Perfect smooch spot, right there.

OMG, she looks just like our first doxie,Chestnut. He lived to be 15 yers old.   She sure was a sweetheart---those doxies have such crazy personalities.

I don't know how old Teenie was. I'd had her for just over 2 years. I wish I'd known a little more about her past, but Callie is right. It's good that I didn't know too much, because I'd probably have to hate somebody, and hating is not something I want to do. She'd aged a lot, over the last couple of months. The last pictures of her are not very pretty, and I won't be posting them. I didn't realize how sick she was, when I took them. She looks very, very old in them, and very tired.

Tears of sadness.....and joy....that Teenie was fortunate enough to have an angel like you to give her what all dogs deserve - someone to love and care for them as much as you did her. Run free Teenie!!
