Greta : Great Goofy Dane

I spoke with my Dad a bit ago. The older of their two female Great Danes went to the Bridge this afternoon. Greta was 120 pounds of love. There wasn't a person or animal she didn't like. Her heart was gold despite a failing body.

It was all very calm and peaceful. Her sister Annie (not actually related) got to say goodbye. My parents are very sad and feel baddly that it came to this. Greta was about 7 1/2 years old. She had a great life and I will miss her giant head and gentle hugs.

Aww Mindy -- it's good she was with her family and could say goodbye. But how sad for them God speed, Greta!
