poor Ellie

she's been sniffling and rev sneezing since she got back and I was thinking Kennel Cough but it went on a bit and I worried so I took her in and do you know she had some sorta nasty seed up her schnozz? They had to scope and flush the poor thing. Owie I bet...she's all depressed looking now lol...they said after the swelling she'd be fine..gave me some antibiotics in case...

Been kinda worrisome so I am glad it's sorted out even tho she seems peeved at me and the vet both right now lol.

Oh Ellie, you poor thing that does sound miserable. Don't be in too much of a sulk with Gina and the vet, they were only trying to help you. Flash those beautiful beagle eyes and milk it for all it's worth.

she just asked me to make her macaroni and cheese...the nerve LOL. Oh well, I was gonna make some for our dinner anyhow so she can share some with us and Cleo then.

A nasty seed? kinda like a foxtail? Poor girl! Missy once had one in her eye (pokey little bastage!) her eye was irritated one day, so I cleaned it out... it was worse the next day, I took her to the vet and they pulled out a 3" long foxtail twig.... they said it was a miracle her cornea wasn't scratched to pieces. How she hid that thing in her eye I will NEVER understand. i even lifted her lid to look in.... didn't see hide nor hair of it!

Our poor dogs lol ... if only they could talk, or I'd even take pantomime!! :)
