this section as it's described should perhaps be a read only. People ALWAYS post their Intro's there and I understand their confusion (Welcome! lol) So that's my input...maybe put something in the blurb describing it to POST INTRO'S IN INTRODUCTIONS AREA> Or simply...make it Admin/Mod only post the rest read only?

Definitely agreed, and I will shortly be looking at what we discussed for the health section and redoing that (was waiting pending some info from higher ups)...any other changes we'd like to see made?
