BRAG CITY!

I had to stop by... very quickly. I'm in my hotel room getting ready to go out and *CELEBRATE*!!

Logan took Winners Dog yesterday 4 pts major. Didn't do much in in the breed ring, but you cannot fault WD! He also won Best in Sweeps! So we have all kinds of fancy toys and ribbons.

Then today he another 4 pts major with Winners Dog. THEN he took Best of Winners (still 4 pts).... and then went BEST OF OPPOSITE FOR A 5pts major!!!!!!! The judge told my handler "He was a hairs bredth away from BOB." Darn. But, heck. He beat a very crowded Specials class, including his father. She kept looking at him, it was fun to be able to watch it all and I was glued to that Judge. She kept looking at him, I could tell she liked him, she kept looking, at particular, his face. He does have a very nice head. I lover it. :)

I'm ON CLOUD NINE! 14 pts and both majors... I hear that last point can be a bitch, but heck, with both majors out of the way i'm feeling pretty fine.

JUST HAD TO SHARE! Will post pictures and more when I get home (back to Reno). Sorry, I can't even stop in and look around the forum, just wanted to update you guys, since you've all been so wonderfully supportive.

YAY!!!! GO LOGAN, GO!

Honey I'm sorry, I went to bed and didn't get your email until this morning, or I would have posted the news!! I am SO HAPPY for you!! Go Team Logan, get that one last point today! You've all done a briliiant job and I luff ya, kiss the donkey head for me.

Lani I am very happy for you...that is wonderful news. That single will come no problem and he'll be "official" in no time! Congrats!

Thanks so much guys!! Well he did great today -- but he was dumped. The Judge was very random and a complete wild card. Came in from Aus. Very seasoned dog folk said they'd never show under him again, he was extremely random in his selection and picked a VERY inferior dog (not just to Logan but to half the dogs in the ring!) It was bizarre. Very bizarre. But, that just means hopefully I'll get the next win and get the honor of finishing him myself :)

I'm exhuasted, going to sleep this afternoon and head home tomorrow.

Congrats Lani and Logan! Sorry about the weird judge but it will be nice for you to 'finish' him!

Thanks so much!!! It was such a surprise and so exciting! And Logan says thanky Aunty Karen... he's pretty pleased with himself, too! :)

Jaime, awwww, you're the best. My handler is pushing the Specialing conversation, I just said I can't focus on it right now, but yeah... I'll probably send him to local shows to be specialed, not 100% sure yet tho.

Here's a video of him in the ring with Tony, my handlers partner, she took bot WD and WB, bitch was in season and coming out of open she went right back in with her versus trying to handle logan smelling like a bitch in heat. She said she'd otherwise have taken Logan. But Tony did GREAT with him and took BOS. These were only the dogs as the class was so big she separated dogs and bitches.

Awwww!!! Thank you! He is rather handsome, isn't he? :o)

He's driving me crazy at the moment, but he's been cramped up in an RV traveling for forever... so I guess it is to be expected. All things considered he's an amazingly patient kid.
