I haven't checked the AR's yet so I don't know what s/he did, but it doesn't matter. Removal of a mod edit is a strike. It's disrespectful, in the same way that Charlie changed his avatar to annoy you, Gina, is disrespectful.
I have to look in my file, but I think that's 3. Combined with the suspicion that this is LC, and certainly editing over mod edits was a favourite trick of his, I think an IP ban might not be a bad idea, but it's Jaime's call. After I've read everything here and in AR, I'll send her an email (Lan I know you already have, but I need to email and say I'm back as well. :))
ETA: Having now read the AR's and had a cup of coffee, I am of the opinion that since tssst was edited twice for that, it counts as two edits anyway, even though it was for the same comment both times. If he'd made that comment in two DIFFERENT threads and we'd edited them both, that would have counted as 2 edits, so this does too - with an added dash of moderator disrespect.
