Thanks for letting me know what happened, Glenda. Mistakes happen, no worries.

But, to be accurate, I was not PMed about my post removal, your PM to me is the first I've heard of it. And, I filed the abuse report while my post was missing from the thread. After I reported it, I found my post (and DPU's) in another, separate thread. After that, my post was restored to the original thread.

Anyway, thanks again for the note.

When I delete anything the system tells me that a PM will be sent to the OP. It should be doing this.

neither of the 2 posts I deleted are showing in the deleted posts area...and no notifications either....how weird!

I am wondering if it's age related? Both of my own unanswered posts I deleted were a couple weeks to a month old I think. Weird. Most anything else I delete shows up immediately....but those two? Nothing!

It appears to be my regular email. Will go look at my pm's but normally if its a pm notification it says that at the end

Regular email box...I had to change my settting to "receive emails? yes" as I had it set to "no". Ixas might too...so you might let her know that...she wouldn't get notifications of deletions if her settings were like mine.

Wouldn't it send it to PM if you don't allow emails? Apparently not. Hmmmmmm.

I think I'll just wait for her to say something again. She's not my favorite person in the whole world to have to email!
