Espencer's latest post in the Akita/Shar pei thread

Agree, only 3 of us have been there, and if i'm not wrong no body said the op does not need a behaviorist Stick out tongue sadly i feel the op decided not to come back from a long time ago

Has he ever actually owned an Akita or a Shar pei?  I thought he had a little dog?  By saying "only 3 of us have been there" he's implying that he has and thus his advice is based on experience...that's DANGEROUS if it's not...If he's owned one in the past then fine, but I've never seen him say anything to that effect.

I just deleted it Kate.  It actually added nothing to the thread and I will email him and tell him that his statement earlier in the thread was that a relative had owned an akita.....and since he agrees that only those who have actually OWNED and worked with akitas should offer help, he shouldn't post.  Or something...need more coffee before I send anything!

Your post in the Akita thread

has been deleted.  It did not add to the conversation, it did not offer help to the OP, and in that you agreed that ONLY those people who have owned one of these breeds should offer help, your contribution wasn't really helpful.  You said yourself in an earlier post that your RELATIVE had owned an akita.  KNOWING someone who has one doesn't qualify you as having owned and worked with one.

Please feel free to continue to offer advice and suggestions in threads where your contribution can be of value.
