Ticket creating difficulty

• Ticket creating difficulty rwbeagles Posted : 1/14/2007 1:25:23 AM Hi!  I wanted to pass on that tickets seem to be near impossible to create, without knowing what to put into the REASON field. I don't see anything to choose from...and for that reason I cannot use them effectively. Other members have mentioned this to me as well. So if there's a trick perhaps we could put a how to up...or if there already is one, can someone direct me to it? Specifically as to how NOT to get that error message of "please provide a valid reason"... Thanks!
