Hi ladies,

Just so all of you are aware, I just created a test account for the dog forum under the user name "WelovePets1". This account is for testing purposes for myself and our tech team as we are currently trying to poke around the forum and see if certain features are showing up or not showing, which can be hard to tell if you have admin access, LOL. Pretty much, this testing account will help us understand what the members of our forum are seeing and what features are accessible and what they are allowed to do. I am going to go ahead and approve of this account, but I wanted to give everyone a heads up in case they see this new user account. Hopefully, we can resolve more issues once we have a better understanding.

Thank you for your help and I will try and keep you updated on the progress of the issues.

Thanks Gloria. :) There's another account, Testing123 that we use, too, if you ever need to have two non-super users looking at the same thing at the same time.

Thanks Gloria, yay!! I really appreciate you helping us get some of these bugs worked out. ... I know there is a long list, and honestly many of them have been around from the dawn of time (OK, the dawn of this forum :) LOL I think Paige found a Telligent forum and a lot of the bugs are universal. So it could just be the software is faulty. Which sucks.... but, what can you do?

Also, as Paige said we have the other test account, I think the password is 123456789? Or do you remember it, Paige?
