• B L Stroud Posted : 5/4/2006 5:45:03 PM He's up for adoption at a local shelter. I doubt he's purebred. My guess is Newfie/Lab mix which would account for the ears and head shape but smaller feet than a  full Newfie. His ears remind me of a young Boykin, but overall size is wrong for Boykin, not to mention Boykins are brown.  Not quite the right texture/length of hairs or ears for water spaniel.   He has nice body language in the picture.....hard to not like him, but then, looks are not everything! 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
