One more for you to guess

This is gracie who was adopted from the animal shelter so I have no idea what her mix is.  My guess is Jack russel x lab.  She is 22 pounds.

    What about JRT and staffy/pit?

I don't see any staphie or pitt in her but you might be right.
Here are some more pictures of her.

There's something in her eyes and snout that makes me think dachshund... I don't know, I'd guess there are more than 2 breeds at work there.

The second and forth picture had me thinking daschund was in there too.

Oops- I retract my staffy/pit suggestion. She looked a bit stocky and like she had a really short slick coat in the first set of pictures, but not so much now.

Now that jones has mentioned it, she does look a little dachshund-ish...

    Very cool dog - it's a mini lab! [sm=biggrin.gif]

I've no doubt that's a bunch of dogs mixed together, like the near feral family group out on US 62 near here. The Daschund really does ring a bell. Imagine a daschie without the dwarfed legs.

Alot of people that see her do say that she has a dachshund face.  I always thought her face looked jack russel or maybe even rat terrierish.

Lol that is so funny I always call her my mini lab.  Everyone that meets her thinks that she is a lab puppy.

I agree she looks quite Dachshund-y...that was my first impression at least.  She must have some kind of JRT/Fox/Rat or similar terrier in there somewhere I'd think b/c in the 3rd picture in the second set you can see she's got very faint tricolor markings.  Her legs and cheeks have a brown tinge to them. Though actually that could come from Daschshund as well...  She sits like a JRT though.

Her stature and proportions and face remind me of a couple of doxy mixes I knew - most particularly, our former tenants' dog, Summit.  He is a known beagle/dachsund mix and reminds me very much of your girl except he's a solid caramel color.

I'd say definitely more than one breed.  She looks terrier/hound to me, and while I'm not sure, I did think Dachshund about a couple of the photos...and I owned a Doxie once.  She does sit like a Jack, and the tail has a bit of a "brush" like a hound might.

You are right in the sun and bright light you can see faint tan markings on her. Could that mean maybe rat terrier?  She has long legs so I don't think she could be half doxie.

    I'm thinking Beagle/LAB MIX
