    Yes he does, except that Diamond is a bit more "pup" yet [;)] and you can see it on his face. He ahs the eyebrows of the GSDs and that makes him very expressive.

    Anyways, those dogs are so beautiful. Fantastic!

    Wow, thanks for this. So incredible colours in GSD. Now I found so many sites with different colours of this breed (some accepted, others not). The panda's there have the same colours indeed.

    Most likely, GSDxHusky. He'd probably be a good sled dog as well. :)

    I have a couple of dog of this mix in my program, and they are wonderful.

    Oh my.  If those pandas didn't have a sloped back I wouldn't be able to tell them from a big, big boned BC.  Probably I could in person - there's a HUGE difference in the way a GSD moves and acts, from a BC.  That's kind of spooky, though.

    I think you're right. Huskies do have a wide, wolfish head and a definable stop. The profile shot showed his colors really well and IMHO, there's some GSD coloring. So, are you thinking GSD/White GSD or White GSD/Laika?

    They are beautiful, but I really question their origins.  Some of them look quite a bit different from the typical GSD in areas like their head and coat texture.  But, like you said, seeing one in person would be easier to say.

    When I saw the Panda Shepherds, I looked in the internet for them and found this:

    There it's writen something what I think may answer your question:

    Panda Shepherd. Currently one family of AKC registered GSDs of German lines, that shows what appears to be a new, spontaneous, dominant mutation for white spotting. This is confirmed by DNA testing. This family shows uniformly good structure and sound temperament,and is being crossed with American whites with the hope of achieving separate breed status.

    In acheiving seperate breed status, what do they hope to do? It's still, SUPPOSEDLY, pure GSD.

    IDK, just me, but if it is pure, then it would just be a coat variation. I wouldn't shoot for a seperate breed, it would be the new craze..."NEW Panda Shepherds".
