• Becky Riddle Posted : 8/8/2006 2:28:43 PM Yes, maltese do require lots of grooming bc they're all white, they tear alot, and their hair can tangle.  They're wonderful pets with great temperments though.  Plus, they're very intelligent and easy to train.
