  • spay/neuter bill in CA

    This bill would make spaying/neutering mandatory for cats and dogs in California by 6 months of age. There are a bunch of exemptions: show dogs, athletes, therapy dogs, etc. It was pulled out last session, but it's just been re-introduced.
