I sent an E-Mail to the senator of my state (Washington) and asked her what I needed to do to get a bill passed or to get her moving on this issue. I told her that I couldn't even finish reading the story. Tomorrow (Oct 16th) is National Call in Day for Horses to support a ban on horse slaughter...

That is just horrible and I could not read the whole story. I have signed petitions to shut down these slaughterhouses and the only way we can get them to close these is to write our congressmen and sign petitions so spread the word that this kind of thing is going on and hopefully we can get it STOPPED...

Your horses are so beautiful, I think horses are such beautiful animals. I want a horse but I don't know anything about them. I can still look at pictures of them and admire them.

That is just so terrible, people wouldn't do that with their kids so why do they do it to their dogs ?
