  • New Puppies & Fleas Please Help

    I have never had fleas on my dogs before but squirrels have invaded my yard this year... I have a 5lb pom with two 4 day old puppies (3 & 4oz) and I have found two fleas one on puppy and one on her, I washed all her bedding and am going to treat my other 4 poms just in case but is there anything...

    The term "heartworm preventative" is confusing. The "preventative" prevents adult heartworms by killing any existing young baby heartworms. If a dog gets baby heartworms from a mosquito bite and a "preventative" is given within a month, those baby heartworms are killed....

    &nbsp;Okay, so the beginning of the month we did a treatment of Frontline on all of the dogs. We also sprayed down our house/furniture.
