It allows him to dodge the bullet
Oh? ... so who's doing the shooting and why? Millan states, clearly and repeatedly, that he trains people . His idols are Dr Wayne Dyer and Tony Robbins. His plans include founding organizations for empowering 3rd world...

OK, first of all I don't HATE CM. ANd I do AGREE with some of the stuff he says/does, but here we are concentrating on WHY we dislike/criticise him, so here I go: The reaction he inspires (both +ve AND -ve). I find myself thinking "Get a grip! He's just a celebrity for gawd's sake!"...

One more thing I wanted to add... Assumptions. Both "sides" of this issue (Pro-CM and Anti-CM) make assumption about the other side. And we know what making assumptions makes of us all. I'm going to list some of the assumptions that I can see being made in these discussions. Some of these...

So, I've picked out what I think answers the metaphor of the Original Post. Why do people so strongly dislike Cesar Millan and actively seek to discredit and criticize him and his methods? Some note a lack of clarity, concise terminology and specific methods. The “airy-fairiness” (what I call “woo...
Again...if you really believe what you believe...why does it even matter what someone else says? Has anyone answered that yet?
I think it's clear that it doesn't matter. Not really. But I think this has been answered and there are several answers. Why...
There seems to be a bounty on the head of Cesar Millan. Silly me, I forget who issued it, and what's in the purse for the victor. A little help?
Something that's come up in this thread that interests me is the idea that defensiveness against Millan...

Maybe this is a good place to point something out. (And could we not make this thread about members here and what their qualifications are??? Please??? The rush to judge all +R proponents by the words of one extreme view is just silly! It's stereotyping and worthless and WAY off topic. And there's...
I challenge anyone to post the same thread with their own name substituted.
I would gladly begin a thread entitled Reward: Ixas_girl (Dead or Alive) , but imagine it would be immediately, and rightly, Moderated. I also don't feel that what I have to say has ever...
Anyway, I think the reason people hate him is fairly simple. And it's just my opinion. They disagree with him. They think he's wrong. They think he hurts dogs. Additionally, he's got a forum to speak to and influence many millions of people. That threatens...
The more CM gets disected in public, the more famous he will be.....when one isn't spoken about anymore, one has lost that household name.....
Yeah, but what's in it for the people who are constantly hunting him down, in the manner of obsessed stalker...
