I had a foster like that... in fact - that's why she's still at at shelter ( I DO NOT NEED ANOTHER CAT! lol). Some cats are just much more athletic than others - just like dogs. It could work - and Tempo WILL listen when brother tells him to get lost. It might take a few times for that to sink in - but the brother will let him know when he's had enough, and when he wants to play. I've used kongs for my really active shelter cats... keeps them busy for a short while...

I'm craving fried pickles.

daily seems a bit much - unless you are actively treating for something... has she been checked for an infection? both yeast an bacterial carry strong, foul odors - very common in cockers. food plays a BIG part in the ears/coat...what are you feeding?
It's #16. I don't need three guesses.
Yup. You're not going to get a good result feed from a dog board... you'd be better off surveying your class - or even the teachers. Get your government officials to take the test- or - for a real kicker - have your county ACO's take it.

I think kitties don't really care either way if they have a 'bud'-that's what makes cats so easy. I really think all of mine would be THRILLED to be only cats - all the food, all the attention, no fighting over the sunny spot on the rug... lol. The boys kind of stick together, Carleigh hangs with the poor dog, and the other two 'ladies' have their 'rooms' in the house and pretty much leave everything else alone. Don't be surprised if you DO adopt the brother that

right- but the lurkers aren't going to take the test and give her the survey results the OP needs. hence - why I suggested surveying people in real life. I'm a sucker for stirring the pot- which is why I'd march right down to animal control and the government offices to see if these people know what they are banning (which I can tell you right now, they can't)
Italian greyhounds...I looked at those...am I correct in assuming they may be too fragile for a house with kids and rowdy dogs?
they might be small - but all the one's I've met have been more than capable of holding their own. I thought corgi when I read your post. they can be barkers... although - so can beagles.... maybe some sort of terrier? whippets can jump 6 feet- with no warning, easily.
