Re: I'm stuck in New Jersey (Xeph)

I'm sorry to hear things turned out this way. Maybe at another point in your life when you're more settled you can try again. At least everyone is safe.

Are either of the dogs able to ride loose in the car so you can have more room?
Strauss can, Delphi cannot, but I will admit I'm not comfortable with Strauss riding loose for 4+ hours.
Can Strauss wear a car harness/seatbelt? It takes up a LOT less room than a crate. Four hours really isn't that long of a drive.

Re: I'm stuck in New Jersey (Xeph)

Well camping sounds like a pretty good idea, hopefully the weather will cooperate.

They can't just let you stay a couple of days more? Are either of the dogs able to ride loose in the car so you can have more room? You can ship most of your possessions through the US Postal service (It's not that much).

She ate a whole fish

We were out fishing today and Maya managed to get a hold of a very small bluegill. She ate the whole thing and seemed to enjoy eating it while she played keep away with us. Should I be concerned? Should I induce vomiting?

Re: She ate a whole fish

Thanks everyone. I was just a bit worried about the fish bones. I know most other bones are ok when raw. She gets all excited when I go near the fishing pole now. Maya is a very silly dog. She ate a worm too
