Our package went out yesterday. It's perfectly ok to send them early....better early than late in my mind! My life is so insanely busy these days that if I don't do things when I think of them, they just might not get done. It's up to the receiver to either put the package up and safely away or do whatever they might wish with it!

Or am I just missing it? I've been in the kitchen all morning.....the regular bread is in the oven, the raisin bread is cooling, the cranberry is finished and the zuchinni is almost done.....tonights dinner, stuffed peppers, and sweet taters for dinner and for Thanksgiving are in the oven as well. I need a bigger oven! I'm pooped. Need more coffee I think.....

My sister actually got to carry the Olympic torch years ago. She died in '95, so yeah, it's been a good number of years! I'm afraid that the house is going to stay a bit on the messy side for tonight! The kitchen is sparkling clean though. I love to cook and bake, but cleaning up the mess is not so much fun. I ended up with four loaves of cranberry bread, five zuchinni, and two each of white and raisin. I had thought about getting a sour dough starter going, but, nah, enough kitchen time

Compared to Euk or Purina, yeah its a good food. When compared to thing like Blue, Innova, Solid Gold, etc, it's way down there on the list in my opinion.

Ok,this is gonna be long!! My first dog as an adult was Linus Nipper, a beagle terrier mix from a pet shop....oh yeah, I was really dumb all those years ago! Then came Duke and Bandit, brothers who were different mixes. Duke (gsd mix) stayed with us until the day he died. Bandit was rehomed since he was so intent on killing Duker. Then came Daisey Mae, from a shelter in MS. Shortly after, we were at the vet, when I heard the vet comment that "oh hers Ms L...she's one of our BEST owners"

Hmmmm, looks like the spammers have had a great time overnight. Sigh....... Today will be busy for me all darned day. But, then I've got pretty much the entire weekend. Think I'll do some of the fruit breads for Thanksgiving tomorrow.

Oh yes, Sarah Palin's book is so far from my wanna read list, and all these interviews are just getting old, real fast. I almost choked when she told Oprah that she's praying for Levi and he's family, blah, blah, blah.......yeah, sure. Kim tomato soup and grilled cheese was always my mom's meal of choice in the hospital. I won't share my last experience with tomato soup....the result was not pretty!

I used to feed Chicken Soup but found it to be a poor substitute for Innova. The dogs did fairly well on it, but I had to feed a good deal more. Also, it is made by Diamond, which is a company that I no longer trust.

I agree. dog.com is my favorite place. I've been here for a lot of years, it's "home" and comfortable.
